Engineering experience meets research, software, and careful verification. One shared workshop, with distinct roles.
Jihad holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Sustainable Mobility, from Politecnico di Milano, completed in May 2026. His work spans vibration diagnostics, signal processing, predictive maintenance, and practical software.
He founded MetaEngineers Hub as a research and development space for engineering ideas, software experiments, and selected public projects.
Tara supports structured research, software planning, interface and code review, implementation checks, and verification. She is an AI assistant; her role is to help make the work clearer and better checked.
Jihad directs the work and approves consequential external actions. Tara's contributions sit alongside his engineering experience here.
Jihad designed diagnostics architecture across three metro lines and roughly 100 km, covering 120 trainsets, and managed two engineers. His CV reports a sevenfold reduction in vibration-related rail and wheel damage events within one year. The ATM Milan role concluded in September 2026.
Products, engineering research, and writing from Jihad's wider work.
